Change or set the default font in Outlook – Microsoft Support
To change the size of your font when reading email, use your browser’s zoom function or use the Immersive Reader. You can also customize your email and change the size of your font when composing messages in Outlook. When reading email, you can use your browser’s zoom function to make the text on your screen larger or smaller. Note: Some languages support an Immersive Reader to make it even easier to read email. Features include having the email read to you and improving text readability.
Learn more about using the Immersive Reader. At the bottom of the compose pane, select Font size. Note: If you don’t see the formatting options menu at the bottom of the compose pane, select Show formatting options. Create and add an email signature. Change your profile photo or name. Sorry this didn’t help. I had that problem and went through all of the suggestions to no avail. What finally did work was. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community. Search the community and support articles Outlook Outlook. When I type a message, it displays as very small even though the actual font size is Calibri Zoom doesn’t help. I must have hit some button by mistake. To change the font or font size of the message subject lines in your Inbox, click Row Font , and then make the desired adjustment.
However, increasing the size of the text in the Reading Pane only works on the email you are currently looking at. When you click on another email, the body text will return to the default font size.
