The founders of Tradewind Investments, Jill Childs-Mynarcik and Tiger Mynarcik have been involved in real estate and management throughout their entire careers.

Tradewind Investments has many people contributing to their success and yours as well, on a daily basis. Our team consists of property managers, bookkeepers, maintenance managers, in-house maintenance staff, including handy men, housekeepers and grounds keepers, HOA administrators, receptionists and full-time sales agents.
